Seeing several adds to USHL teams from the college ranks, including QU's own Cam Boudreau.

That would be a good reason for him not having played yet. I don't recall seeing him at the rink this past weekend either.

I wonder if he was cut or if is this a red shirt situation?

He was practicing today from a source but its very possible he could be looking to leave and didn't tell anyone.

I have no idea on that as matriculation is always fluid based on needs. Clearly Boudreau was brought in early at the semester break due to injuries etc. I think the real question is, why bring in 5 frosh dmen for 2019-20 when you already have 6, and only one Senior at that? And from my understanding, move an F back to play some D? What kind of message does that send to those dmen who aren't playing, since Pecknold appears to dress virtually the same 6 dmen? I understand it's a young d corps and there's a learning curve. That having been said, the math doesn't add up for some of those guys, but particularly if you're a soph with 21 games under your belt like Boudreau.

That's awesome. Really great news for the program. As Rand as said, they've been in races for big-time recruits, but you don't have to win all of them -- they just got their guy. Great stuff.

This is a different GoBoCat team than the group that got flattened by Harvard, albeit by DQ and shallowed bench by injuries.

I do not see any realistic possibility we beat Cornell but I can see this as chance to coalesce the team, as they all will skate against a deep, talented team ranked #1 in the country.

We have to get behind (which I know all of us are 100%) Rand, Bill and Joe’s recruiting and development expertise which has this team ranked in top 20 pairwise in a down year!

I’ll take a team-building split this weekend but expect a stronger play vs Bog Red than we saw vs Harvard. I think Q may be that team no one wants to see in post season play.

Our record @ Lynah of late has been pretty good and we always seem to play Cornell tough... I like our chances as long as KP and the D do their jobs.
