Did you mean to say "aren't very good"? Either way, I don't think things can get much worse. Game experience might help some of them.
I've finally accepted that we're not very good this year... well, more like they're just not playing up to their potential (not even close). Too many little things they're not doing (probably the "coachability" Rand talks about). That tells me that some... most... all... are going into freelance mode instead of playing within the system. It's been frustrating to watch; I'd imagine it's been equally frustrating to coach, although some of the blame has to lay on the staff as well. In game adjustments just don't appear to be happening (or aren't being executed). All season long teams have come out in the 2nd and outplayed us. They make changes and adjustments that we don't counter.
With only 8 games left every point will be critical. There's still hope of a 1st round home series but not if they don't go out and take care of business.
