POTUS Elect Trump I: Get in pu$$y - we're gonna make American great again

Re: POTUS Elect Trump I: Get in pu$$y - we're gonna make American great again

I work in an industry who is/was supposed to meet some aggressive CO2 targets, and pretty much the entire building I work in try to meet regulations. My group is specific on emissions and CO2.

When I came in the day after the election, people I work with were gloating about don's win. And I pointed out that one of his main goals was to turn off the CO2 rules that every single project of ours was to do. They (like many of don's other supporters) didn't believe everything he said.

Now it's confirmed that we are going to have a roll back on WHAT WE WORK ON. Thanks, guys, for voting against your best interest.

It's hard to convince people that regulations are really good for high paying, high skilled jobs. Lots and lots of those. Who's goal is to solve the regulation at the bare minimum impact to the consumer. Win-win for all. **** Ann Rand and her fiction.

Heard this morning that this is the most conservative ideological cabinet since Hoover. We all know what happened after that. Since we love to repeat history I expect no different.

Again, it's not that they're conservative. It's that they're idiots. You could have a hardcore conservative cabinet with people who were still intellectually flexible and open to correction of their views through empirical observation.

This aint that. This is the ideological dregs.

Dude's really giving an education on the Nut Net. There are probably tens of thousands of these sites, all repeating the same hundred or so made up / distorted stories. Presumably they're all run out of the same couple dozen clearinghouses somewhere in Belarus. Behold the clickbait economy.

Can't really blame Flag for putting these links up -- either it's his business venture (not really worth it to spend all the time on USCHO then) or he's a sucker -- but please don't add to the purveyors' income.

And Flag, if you honestly think you're bringing enligthenment to we poor deluded sheeple, then please include a quote from the article in your hat tip and then people can decide whether they want to encourage the enterprising investigative journalist in question.

Click bait sites are garbage. They are a waste of time and kill bits unnecessarily. Won't you think of the poor bits that travel the internet and die unnecessarily before you click?

However, a click bait site willing to give a link to an actual, real source level data site, like the actual WI elections site is like that dirty rest stop bathroom when you really have no other option on the road trip to watch hockey. I'll use them, < bleep > on them, try to touch nothing, and then move along to where I really want to be.

Every NYC cabbie already is a PhD from Iran who can't get a job in his field.

I don't travel a great deal, and I'm sure there are many examples, but anyone who has taken a taxi in Istanbul will not complain of NYC taxi drivers or of NYC traffic. The taxi drivers are not the least bit rude, but it's mass confusion.

I may have told this story before, but Dr. Mrs. and I took a cab from McCarran to the Strip in which the cabbie:

1) Never signaled
2) Never dropped below 80 on the highway or 55 on the surface streets despite heavy traffic and pedestrians
3) Kept up a continuous "you're a tourist and I know I can get a big tip from you" banter with us, including turning around and looking at us while driving
4) Skinned his tires off at least two curbs and probably more since by then I was just chanting a mantra and mentally calculating whether my LTD would be enough for the house payments

He also pulled our luggage from his trunk at the destination with such vigor he ripped his shirt. I guessed "Saudi?" and he eyed me like he was going to spit (while still smiling) and said in perfect English, "oh no, sir! Egyptian!"

As god is my witness, I will never ride in a cab in Cairo.

(Also, the radio wasn't playing the usual As-salāmu ʿAlaykum Pop. It was DMX all the way.)

Except it doesn't use actual, real source level data at all, except to say Hillary "lost" votes that haven't been counted yet and that it's impossible certain wards in Milwaukee could have supported Trump so little. It's stuff for gullible idiots that can't discern the difference between gold and gold-plated.

Don't trust the click baiters. Go to the actual data. --> " ... give a link to an actual, real source level data site ... "

I started looking through the Day 7 spreadsheet you can download from the WI.gov site.

A valuable use of your time.

Meanwhile, a federal court struck down an attempt at a recount in Michigan based on the Trump campaign's argument of there being zero evidence of voter fraud last night. A few hours later, Michigan's House passed a strict voter ID law to combat voter fraud.

So-so at best. But the download (software update) to a customer machine I'm remoted to was running so I had a couple minutes where otherwise I'd be watching a progress bar.

Trump To Pick Hardees CEO to be Labor Secretary

Man I hope all those Angry White Working Class Voters are happy, this guy is against the raising of the minimum wage, against the new Obama Labor Protections like overtime pay and he of course hates ObamaCare.
