Actually...I did have my feed cut a few times while watching the event on the CBSNews app. No EBS messages, however.
I'm curious about the timing of everything. Since this is the first time I've been able to watch a new POTUS be sworn in at the time it happened...
When talking heads discussed Trump using his pardon powers, he had up until 12:00PM EST today to use it. Pres. Biden oath of office completed at 11:52AM EST today, and everybody referenced him thereon out as President Biden. Did we have roughly eight minutes of time where we had two active presidents? What's the rules there?

The 20th amendment states the prior term ends at noon, so I don’t believe it really matters if Biden is sworn in beforehand.
The 20th also states that the successors’ term begins at this time. In 2009, Obama was sworn in after noon (I only remember because Colbert made a joke about Yo-Yo Ma being president because he was on camera at noon). Then they actually had to redo the oath later that night because Roberts messed up the wording.
I don’t think there are any rules per se in that situation, it’s just one of those untested constitutional loopholes. Theoretically Biden would have been president for those five minutes, as Bush’s term was over and Biden was next in the line of succession. Depending on how strict you want to get with it, he was president until they redid the oath later that night.
Since there is zero governmental action occurring during that short period (the five minute one), I don’t even know what lawsuit could be brought forth by a party with standing to ever have it decided by the courts.
Alternate suggestion for the title-IMHO, A New Hope was Obama. The Empire Strikes Back was dumpy. Which means this should be Return of the Jedi.
Nah Dump is the prequels for sure ;^)
But that means the empire will strike back in the future.... which I'm not to happy to wonder about.
We haven't heard the last of Hawley, unfortunately.

Can you imagine if a person legitimately believed a cabal of cannibal pedophiles were controlling the world and then just went, "this was fun and all, but I think I'm going to go back to my old hobby of collecting fountain pens."

No, that song blows. There's a reason he got a degree in advertising.
