Have you seen the profit companies like Shell have made the past few years? Why would they want anyone else?
How can they be making those profits when Biden won't let them drill?

Can you guys at least be consistent in your political conspiracy whinings?

You never saw me say anything about drilling, that will lower margins.

Not answering the question.

How can the big oil companies be supporting Biden, and the big profits he's making them, if he won't let them drill? I mean, that's all you rightwing nutjobs whine about, is how the US isn't drilling and exporting anymore since Biden became president.

How are they making these profits if they aren't drilling?

Could they be........ oh, I don't know....... maybe gouging the consumer?

Naaaah, that can't be it.

What good is an over abundance of crude if you have no market for it?

Tell your Repubs that. All they do is whine that Brandon won't let the US oil companies drill as much.

But, you know, the big bad gubmint could always buy it for the strategic reserve. And also, over abundance leads to lower prices? Your fellow Repubs are always whining about how bad inflation is, too. But somehow low prices for oil are now bad?

Again, can we see some consistency in your right wing conspiracy whinings? Just once?

NYT's Pitchbot. "How low oil prices are bad for Biden and the Democrats"

They complain about inflation at the exact same time as their big donors profit from it massively. Funny how they fleece their own. Good that they have cut education so the masses can be goaded into blaming everyone else.

It's another "Roe vs Wade" for Republicans. Whine that the oil companies are hamstrung by regulation and no drilling permissions and use that as a cover for profits and never actually care about the restrictions.

Unfortunately, just like RvW, the dumber Republicans who don't understand the game are going to get into office and ruin things thinking they're helping.

By that logic why would any the 100's of major corporations making their highest margins in decades the past few years not be supporting Joe?

What good is an over abundance of crude if you have no market for it?

Maybe you could educate the rest of the MAGAts about how a globally traded commodity works.

The average MAGAt was lost as soon as you mentioned the word "educate." There are also likely a few other words in that sentence the average MAGAt doesn't understand too.

My repubs? Sorry, don’t have any of those. I do have a couple of dogs at home if that helps?

As far as all those major corps making record profits and supposedely not supporting Joe, I got a bridge to sell you.

So the cowards in the house are pushing an impeachment inquiry to vote. No report released, of course, and their reasoning for that seems to be "Nancy Pelosi" (I'm not even really kidding).

They have nothing. Absolutely nothing. The best analogy I've seen is that they stirred up a bunch of dust and are calling it smoke.

Good! You would think they would have learned how well a failed impeachment goes when they tried it with Clinton, or when the Dems tried it the first time with Trump.

Looks like the GOP has no interest in holding the House...or winning the Presidency!

It is one thing to Impeach when you have no smoking gun and need to connect dots, it's another to do it when even when voting for it you basically admit you have no information and your inquiry is a fishing expedition.

If President Biden wins reelection, and the House stays in the hands of unserious people, Pres. Biden will face unfounded impeachment charges at least two more times just so the Qbers can spout that TFG was impeached fewer times than Pres. Biden.

If Pres. Biden loses reelection, they children will settle to impeach just once more.

Hope so. It's been my contention that there would eventually be a larger contingent of Republicans who benefit by being out of power so they can whine and play victim and soak their rubes for money than there is of either the pinwheel-eyed crazies who want a theocracy or the fat Plutes who want to keep evading taxes.

We should assist the part of the machine that wins by losing. Let them squeeze their derps while we hold power and govern.

Hunter held a press conference earlier today to tell House Republicans to pound sand. He will not testify in private and thus allow the GQP to craft the media narrative.

I’ve posted things like this before, but on the cruise board I’m on, the number of complainers of totally packed ships with astronomical fares just keeps going up. And few remember the last time the economy actually sucked, prices went down a LOT. It’s hard to compare a $50/nt cruise in 2009 to a $300/nt cruise now for the same cabin at roughly the same point prior to sailing.

The economy is really humming these days.
