I was kind of wondering if you'd see the same thing when people see the final tally of their Holiday spending as well. Like that will be the bump that people feel it and realize what is going on.

I really don’t think this is some seasonal thing- we’ve been seeing full ships since we restarted cruising back in ‘22. And the price rise starter a year ago, since it was already more expensive than prepandemic vacations.

Let me see if I can give you the cliff notes because the "latest coloring book submission" appears to be escaping your grasp. This goes on ad nauseam for 4 years BUT.... to make They more angry, nothing occurs. THEN, Dementia Joe gets in to office and the list of world events moving us ever closer to a TRUE WW3 begin to happen, as shown on the newspaper list. Then lets hear your legitimate talking points about what world events Trump triggered that brought us on the verge of WW3. You will probably mention the time when he pushed the Montenegro president to get to the front of the NATO summit, I know, akin to whacking the Arch Duke Franz Ferdinand. Would then love to hear your take on Joey Baby's terrific results. Maybe just refute the 3 headlines on the coloring book newspaper. That should be riveting.

I'm sorry, it's hard not to laugh when these clowns claim to be the arbiters of "legitimate" discussion, yet dismiss anything that strays from their Faculty Lounge dogma as "false narratives and non sequitirs" or other bogus excuses.

Having said that ... it's probably unfair to be taking this out on the small handful of FL posters who dare to defy the Great & Powerful Kep and actually don't put myself, Whalers and others on their "Ignore" list. I know this will confuse you, but I do worry your resistance to those edicts may result in your being harmed or classified as infidels, and made into outcasts. We may disagree on lots ... but you folks get a modicum of respect for that alone.

But while we're still here ... and because comedy is SO much better when you have to explain it (and kudos Whalers, you handled it well), to aparch ... that cartoon is mocking President Magoo for calling for a cease fire after Hamas' surprise invasion, basically cutting off the innocent side's ability to strike back. Kinda like if FDR shelved the whole "date which will be marked in infamy" speech and opted to go for a cease fire after Pearl Harbor, or if Bush Jr. showed up in lower Manhattan on 9/12 or whatever, and proclaimed his dedication to negotiating a fair peace with Al Qaeda.
