This is a massive supply issue compounded with full employment and real wage growth. Supply dropped massively during the Great Recession and still hasn't recovered (relative to demand)

(also that bit was hilarious. I know Anthony has lost his mind and apparently Louis was a bit of a creep, but god damn that show was amazing)

No, I don't have to "pick a lane" chumley. Both. You guys made the rules to this game, where you prop up a puppet, who is an empty husk of a figurehead, and senile for anyone with half a brain to see. Any time you see me (or any like-minded American) criticize Magoo, it's directed at both him AND those who are hiding in the shadows (none of whom got a 2020 vote for President BTW - how very "Democratic") calling the shots and writing the scripts on the teleprompter that Magoo slavishly obeys while struggling to read and understand context.

So go ahead and play your cute little authoritarian games, but don't think we're fooled by it, or obligated to play by your bogus "rules" which spit on the history of this great country, and those who have sacrificed to make it so.

BTW tough day when the MSM runs a critical piece on "Dark Imbecile" or whomever. Newsom must be gaining traction ...
