Best part is, ol' Chuckles admitted he's gonna paint Biden's presidency in whichever way the wind blows.

This isn't moving the goalposts anymore, it's flat out walking out of the stadium with the goal posts in your hand.

The move is to paint Biden - one of the most scandal-free presidents we've had in absolutely forever - as just another corrupt politician. The secret is not to praise Trump, but to tarnish Biden. This gives cover to the closet fascists who want to be able to say "there's no difference so I'll just vote for Trump".


It's all a lie. Perhaps Chuck and the other cultists doesn't know that, but the party leadership and money men all do. This isn't aimed at Chuck, this is just about muddying the waters so that next year, when the uninterested finally start paying attention, there's something to scare them about.


The fact is, Trump was impeached for fabricating - or trying to - all this information that they're now trying to tarnish Biden with. It's all fantasy, conjecture, wishcasting, outright lies and nonsense. They're just going withe the old credo "repeat a lie long enough and it becomes a truth".
 
The Biden presidency has been more successful than any since Clinton's first term. If we lived in a sane world, he would be coasting to a landslide. But we live in Bizarro World, with actual Nazis in the Republican party. We've learned a third of the US population you would have to scrape off your shoe if you stepped in it. So we will have to sweat through another 50/50 election, with the media desperately trying to make it go to overtime, because their ratings are more important than a Civil War.

We just have to keep winning these jump balls. We can't let the fascists get their hands on power. It's a matter of waiting them out as they literally die off, and not letting them take everyone on Earth with them.

In 25 years America will be a totally different nation demographically, and we will have weathered this storm (no doubt to face another). This happens occasionally, as a tipping point is reached and a truly loathsome and useless portion of the American population dies off. It happened with the slave owners and with the segregationists, and now it's happening with these losers. Keep winning, keep advancing, don't engage with the monsters and show them the highest degree of legally allowable force when they break the law.

And if you ask them for evidence that would hold up in a court of law, they have nothing. Unlike their worship, who has enough evidence that he's been charged how many times now? For how many counts?

Once again, how the self proclaimed "law and order" group don't have an idea how it REALLY works is kind of scary. They will throw a women in prison for mistakenly voting when she should not have, but over look some serious allegations of national security and actual evidence of preventing the election from finishing. Let alone ignoring how un Christian the person they worship really is.

Says someone whose idea of court proceedings has been honed by watching Judge Judy reruns for the last 20 years.

"You can indict a ham sandwich" - Judge Sol Wachtler (NYC) circa 1985. Evidence virtually optional for indictment(s).

Saw a civil complaint earlier today, filed in connection with a DUI fatality in Rhode Island. Drunk decedent (.30 BAC in autopsy per RISP - 4 times legal limit) had left a strip club at 2:30 a.m. on a Monday morning, and drove his vehicle into a stopped piece of construction equipment barricaded safely in the far right breakdown lane. His next of kin just sued the construction company and the State, over two hundred (200) counts. And to think, the folks at RISP didn't even bother to charge him posthumously. As the repurposed old adage goes ... "No good deed goes unpunished".

But using your legal acumen "logic", the next of kin must have an airtight case, right MichMatlock??

If you can indict a ham sandwich, how come none of those ever succeeded in going to trial?

And yet, after all that, you still believe the election was stolen. Because.........reasons.

Also, see if you can spot the fallacy in this syllogism (I know those are some big words, so I’ll pause here while you look up “see” and “this.” ………….Back with me? Great!)

A: Some entities indicted by grand juries are ham sandwiches.
B: Donald Trump was indicted by multiple grand juries.

Conclusion: Donald Trump’s innocence is a quadruple-decker sandwich.

Chuck thinks I'm actually listening to him anymore, it appears.

But THIS is exactly what R's can't stand. They go to court, present exactly no real evidence, and think it's actually a real case. And then rumors of possible crimes also mean real evidence of crimes. But when evidence is presented in court which makes a group of people decide that charges can be brought in a court of law, it's apparently not evidence of a crime.

BTW, if it takes so very little evidence to charge someone, you make your case against Biden and Obama even weaker, since they have yet to be charged with anything. Funny how that works.

Keep flailing chucky. While the court of public opinion is, indeed, how people get elected, the court of law is how people go to jail and how actual election fraud is dealt with.

How you can't see that, "law and order" party, I honestly don't get.

Present evidence to a Grand Jury, let them decide if it's enough to charge, and go from there. Contest election in court, present actual evidence, then you can deal with it. Pretend rumors and innuendos can't do anything in reality.

One of the highlights of the hate of the current problems was eggs- I just bought eggs and found them for $1/dozen. And there were many of those cartons. Gas is far closer to what I would think is normal, and to pretend that people don't have money- again, cruises we shop for are totally full for at least the next year and a half- meaning fares are high. Airports are full, too- people are actually travelling because they have extra money to spend.

This was all turned around pretty quickly given the hole COVID left the world. And we have 14 more months of this getting better before the 2024 election.
