Amen. “Packing the court” is a perfectly legal procedural maneuver, just like, you know, refusing to vote on the opposite party’s nominees. Republicans have been using procedural maneuvers for the last 5 years to ensure that their party’s nominees had an outsized influence on the judiciary. Court packing is a taste of their own medicine, nothing more.

If Biden wins and there is a Democratic majority in the Senate, they absolutely need to increase the size of the court. Increase it to 13 and seat 4 new judges who are all no older than 55. Of course that is a pipe dream because there is no boldness in the Democratic party.

I think it may happen. The thing we need to pound into the Centrist skull is if we add 1 we might as well add 6 because the Nazis are going to start shooting up the Circle K either way.

We may well win a string of Presidencies now, assuming we are able to do something about the EC by at the least adding PR and DC.

I swear most of these "we got him now!" situations are nonsense anyway and just lead to mopes like Chuck dismissing the real issues when they come up. Chicken Little syndrome.
 
As long as the votes are counted we will win, both the White House and the Senate. But that is only step one. Please contact your Democratic senators and let them know this time we expect some truly bold action. Go big or get the fvck out of there. 4 additional Supreme Court justices, a new, sweeping voting rights act, new laws allowing for much more robust federal oversight of rogue law enforcement and criminal justice reform. Please write your Senators now and after election day as well. We must make waves in 2021 and 2022. This is literally the future of this country and the world we are talking about.

These are federal crimes. Dump's DOJ is as crooked as he is. Nothing can come of it until we have won. And he will pardon himself or do a Quid Pro Pence before that.

Dump can literally commit any federal crime with lifelong impunity from now until January 21.

6. Each flipped seat during Dump must be countered. Instead of -3 we should be +3. That means 6.

Also, it gives us breathing room. Right now we will be 3-6. Do you really only want to be 7-6? I want at least 9-6. We need a margin if something happens.

Politically 6 = 4 = 1. It's all the same once we create seats. So, you want boldness? Then f-ck it. 6.

You might be able to argue me up to 16.

How many seats will the GOP add when they retake the WH and Senate a handful of years from now?
*Of course, this is assuming Democrats overcome some still decently high odds to retake the Senate in the first place.

Depends on if the media changes or not. As long as the media operates the way they do now then the constant cycle of giving back power to the Orcs will continue. Breaking the cycle means fixing the media.

There's a funny political cartoon I saw recently where the Supreme Court of the future opens it's session, and there are hundreds of justices seated.
