Apparently the judge said no, which unfortunately is exactly what TFG wants. He's lost the case, so his only play is performative. "They won't even let me speak!"

How can the judge say no? The "man with the fool for a client" should be able to shoot himself in the d-ck if he wants.

He informed him about the legal limitations to closing arguments and insisted he agree in writing and again verbally prior to those statements. And, it seems that Trump refused.

Judge wanted Donnie's ramblings confined to issues relevant to the case, and the lawyers said that ain't happening.
 
I love that he keeps showing up and calling their bluff. When they try to hold him in contempt, the DOJ can point to their own refusal to comply with other subpoenas - for which they were not charged - and also point out that they've already shown what amounts to revenge porn.

“IF A PRESIDENT DOES NOT HAVE IMMUNITY, THE COURT WILL BE ‘OPENING THE FLOODGATES’ TO PROSECUTING FORMER PRESIDENTS. AN OPPOSING HOSTILE PARTY WILL BE DOING IT FOR ANY REASON, ALL OF THE TIME!” Trump wrote.

Police called to bomb threat at the home of the judge in Donnie's NY fraud trial.

But at least that judge wasn't asked to leave a restaurant. That would have been really uncivil.

Apparently dumpy is claiming that he didn't actually swear an oath to support the Constitution. In spite of the words of "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States".

Seriously.

If he didn't claim to support the Constitution, why in the world would anyone want him to be the President??? Seems like the opposite of what people really want.
