And that's what Nikki means when she says the Civil War was a reaction to an overstepping government, and government shouldn't tell people how to run their lives, and we need "freedom" and " free capitalism"

Of course she doesn't mean people's individual freedoms, or else she wouldn't be anti-abortion. She means the freedoms of the monied class and big business to do whatever they want to make a buck, without government interference(regulations). The South should have been free to exercise their capitalistic interests without the government telling them they couldn't do it on the backs of slaves. Just get your intrusive government out of my plantation.

Those rights that are mentioned in the Declaration and the Constitution are for rich land owners only. Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness can only be done by rich white men.

To conservatives, property rights are the only rights. Everything else is a privilege the rich chooses to grant us, or not.

Move on from the white house and give plenty of inspirational speeches paid for by rich white men. Then you can buy a $10,000,000+ home on the Martha's Vineyard waterfront - Just in time for it to be gobbled up by "Climate Change" (guess one should consult Gore or Kerry before signing??). Heard it is a GREAT place to paddleboard as well, just not on a full stomach prepared by high end chefs. Can also leave those pesky cigarettes behind in Chicago, and maybe try to keep them away from your daughters, so you dont have to lecture the great unwashed on how dangerous those things are for your health (especially the menthol ones banned in Massachusetts). Being so close to Boston will also allow quick access to the Universities where you can pontificate on the perils of Plagiarism in academia, Modern day Middle East land grabs for $200 or have the occasional "beer summit" when you dont have all the facts.

So TFG is arguing his appeal that the 1/6 DC charges should be dismissed due to absolute immunity. And his attorney made the case that if a President has a political rival assassinated and he's impeached but not removed, then he cannot be held criminally liable.

Biden is a better man than I, the thought would absolutely cross my mind if SCOTUS ruled for absolute immunity.

The MSM will predictably caterwaul about how unbecoming it is, with some analysis of his previous "birther" claims against Cruz and Obama. The RWNJ irritainers will take it seriously and do an in-depth analysis with some idiotic lawyer willing to reinterpret Constitutional law the way that they want. The racist Rethug base will get their jollies on social media for a few days, egged on by armies of AI bots.

They already have. As I said in another thread Gateway Pundit already had an "expert" in Constitutional Law say she isn't qualified...

She can barely stand up to the questioning of Bret Baier Trump is going to eat her for breakfast.
