The majority of the article is about a union rep unhappy with management over changes or cost cutting. She chose to make it political. I get that. When you are in a fight with management you should use all tools available to you.

But by all means, if whipping yourself into a frenzy over every possible conspiracy theory to come down the pike is what keeps you going, be my guest.

What I really want to know is who is the boogeyman going to be for you in January? The South Dakota governor? Some assistant secretary of state in Alabama?

You guys need to pace yourselves or come January you're going to go through some serious withdrawal symptoms.

Head in the sand indeed.

This is a poor summation of key points of the article and no one is in a frenzy outside of correctly noting these maneuvers are in line with Trump outright stating he's interfering with the USPS handling its busy. Conveniently another point you continue to ignore.

On the postal funding issue...the bill that screwed over the USPS had bipartisan support. (if I remember the John Oliver piece correctly)

But ultimately it worked before Congress broke it.

And the bill the D house has already passed to rectify the issue that the R senate won't hold a vote on?

That is great but what does that have to do with anything? The point was that the post office was running great until both parties decided to be stupid. The Dems trying to fix it now is great but that doesnt excuse what happened before. (if my memory is correct and it had bipartisan support)

That's swell Bill Maher, but the fact is USPS is asking for additional funding and Trump has outright stated he's not going to allow it and said specifically it's to eff with mail-in votes.
