POTUS 45.64: Governance By Unhinged Twitter Rants

Link doesn’t go anywhere.

With regards to the response for tickets...why is everyone talking about the numbers in relation to the city of Tulsa? I would’ve thought a lot of people would’ve travelled there, like from Texas, etc. that was always my fear about the virus spread. That these idiots would go home far and wide.

That being said, I think I’m a new fan of K-Pop.

Doesn't matter anyway. Seats were first come, first served. Even if 800,000 kids had reserved tickets but weren't planning to go, Trump supporter 800,001 who was going, and got there in line, would have gotten in.

To show you how little they vetted the ticket requests here is an example:

https://twitter.com/its_britbish/sta...36857385107456

"I literally signed up with the name Ham Burglar and the email Ham.Burglar@gmail.com. I don’t know how they didn’t catch it"
So, I got thinking more about this. This annoys me in how people don't understand how Google Mail works. The periods in the name are ignored by Google, and get delivered to the same person.

So ham.burglar@gmail.com is the same as hamburlgar@gmail.com, and the same as ham.bur.glar@gmail.com, and the same as h.a.m.b.u.r.g.l.a.r@gmail.com

All direct to the root Google user "hamburglar," which appears to be this guy.

*edit* The plus sign can also be used to filter incoming email. hamburglar+ThisIsBullshit@gmail.com will also be delivered to hamburglar@gmail.com

Haha Parscale is now denying they got Rick Rolled. He is saying it was the media whining about COVID and the fear of protesters that stopped everyone from showing. Claims that they weeded out the fake numbers. So basically the "Million" they touted were all real and all of them just stayed home.

Now that would be believable...if we honestly thought Trumpers A) feared the hoax disease and B) feared protesters

Well we know they dont care about COVID and they would relish the opportunity to shoot a ****** if given the chance (I didnt actually type the word) so we know he is full of it. I bet he got scammed once by the Prince of Nigeria :-)

John Tesh is trending on Twitter...now I know what you are thinking "what did that numbnuts say?!?!" Nope he isnt being cancelled:

https://twitter.com/alfranken/status/1274759720918794241

"6,200 people at Trump rally in Tulsa. Acts that had bigger crowds at the same venue in 2019:

- Sha Na Na
- The Pips (w/o Gladys Knight)
- Loverboy
- John Tesh
- The West Virginia Touring Company of La Traviata"

I am not sure if this is true...but god damn is it funny!

The Botskis apparently are trying to create a movement to defund NPR. It is stupid stuff like that which is why it is total believable they got Rick Rolled last night.

edit: Money shot!

Exactly what went wrong was still being dissected on Sunday. But a broad group of advisers and associates acknowledged to one another that Mr. Trump had not been able to will public opinion away from fears about the spread of the coronavirus in an indoor space. And they conceded that myriad polls showing Mr. Trump’s eroded standing were not fake, and that he might be on course to lose to former Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr, the presumptive Democratic nominee, in November.

Right. And anyone with half a brain could have figured that out.

The only plan would succeed at making the campaign look bad is if, for some reason, they decided to brag about how much interest there was by crowing about how many ticket requests there were.

Why would this annoy you? It seems to me that unless you’re directly involved with coding apps around the use of email or an analyst associated with those projects, the average person would have no reason to know these types of formatting/usage rules. The fact that you know these rules is more of an anomaly than the norm.
