Ok, we've all known Barr was on the take since his attempt to obfuscate the Mueller Report. Like Drew, recently I've been feeling as if this election will be more of an easier win than not as I too believe people are truly sick and tired of something ridiculously outrageous being said or done almost literally every d--n day. However, please read through this following thread reader from Seth Abramson and tell me that, if even HALF of what is stated is true, these guys will go to absolutely ANY length to maintain power for another 4 years...OR MORE!

After reading that, I'm genuinely starting to fear for our country's future. And trust me, I'm not one to rattle easily. I think it's becoming obvious that throughout the country, there is an underlying current of anger and frustration with the current power structure in Washington, especially with those in power on the right and they can feel it. I'm not talking about the general disillusionment of the blue collar voters and women who hated Hillary and were tired of political dynasties and decided "f-it, nothing else has really worked, what do we have to lose?" Why else would long-time politicos like McConnell, Graham, Cruz, Rubio, and any other Republican Senator over the last 20 years, many of whom Trump skewered on the campaign trail, go crawling back to Dump with their tails between their legs and provide as much cover as they have to the absolute WORST person EVER to hold that office? All of them have literally sold their souls to curry favor with Dump's base. Combine that with Kep's long-standing point that they are slowly dying off and they are seeing the death of their party happening right before their eyes and it's not beyond the pale to think they would cheat in ways never before imagined to maintain the power they currently hold by a thread.

Why else do you put kids in cages on the southern border and limit legal immigration to a crawl? Because they know that the vast majority of those who stay legally and become citizens, end up voting as Democrats. Why else is Dump now making such an issue about mail-in voting, especially during the world's worst pandemic in 100 years, at about the exact time a "second wave" would likely hit? Because for them to win they absolutely need to significantly depress the Democratic vote and, maximize foreign interference -- this time by likely actually interfering with the machines -- in order put enough doubt in the final accuracy to create a crisis by which they can put the final decision in the Supreme Court's hands. Seriously, combine all of that with what Abramson said and, has there EVER been a more corrupt AG than Barr?!? He is literally the Wayne Gretzky of sh---y AGs. Again, IF what Abramson says is true, Barr has obviously cast his lot 100% with Dump and the Republicans and who knows who else with significant power, wealth, and influence that controls that party. To the point he's willing to take the risks he seemingly decided to take. To me it conclusively shows these "guys" are as committed as possible to maintaining power. If all of us thought the last 3.5 years have been bad, I honestly believe that the next 6-7 months are going to make that time frame look like a trip to freaking Disney Land....

I don’t disagree with this. I think the only silver lining is the more they push the boundaries the more they scare people away.

At this point Trump is a classic case of buying into his own hype too much. He won in 2016 because he ran in a crowded primary and then faced an opponent who was historically unpopular in the general election. He needed to move towards the middle once he became president and handle things somewhat competently neither of which he has done. I honestly never cared that much about the Russia stuff, and I think there are a fair amount of other people in the same boat, but this year he has unbelievably screwed up two really important things along with some of the other dumb things like the tax cut and his foreign policy disasters.

There were big areas behind the camera/tech area that was empty. Plus, empty seats throughout based on photo . You could easily fit everyone upstairs into empty seats below.

Look at closer up pictures...there is a lot of empty seats amongst the crowd in the lower bowl and there were areas where people werent allowed to stand. (as cf mentioned) I was guessing 8500 originally but under 7 is not that much of a stretch. I dont even think the Trumpers thought there was over 10k.

The best is now all the people who were just waiting to talk about the big crowds and the huge success are bragging about all the people who watched it on streaming. K-Pop fans turned the entire Trump movement into the fanbase of a film that bombed or a TV show that was cancelled. "OMG look at the Blu Ray sales!!!!"

My girlfriend asked me how they could have been so stupid as to allow themselves to be Rick Rolled like this. Only thing I could think of was their arrogance didn't let them see how they were being played. Most of us would get juiced for a few minutes then question the numbers. When the total requests hit like 1/4 of the entire population of Oklahoma (which is just under 4 million people) anyone with a brain would have started to doubt it and look deeper at this stuff. They cant do that. They are biased to automatically think any showing of greatness is true...they literally couldnt even conceive it wasnt correct. Hell even now their egos probably dont allow them to think anything other than the excuses they are making. Vanity is their ultimate weakness.

You also have to imagine they aren't working with very smart, experienced, or talented technical people at this point. Would you work for them? Knowing it would take 3 lawsuits to get paid?

My dad can barely use a laptop and I bet even he would have been looking at those numbers and laughing about it. This is movie villain level stupidity. Hell I am pretty sure you can buy a program that will flag any name or email that looks fake.

Hell I bet we will find out that some low level flunky went to the inner circle warning them things are fishy and was ignored. They probably threatened to can him. That would play right into this script.

To tell you how dumb Brad Parscale is...on the form to reserve tickets he didn't even ask their age. The only security they set up was a text message confirmation and clicking "I am not a robot". These clowns fall for Netflix password scams.
