Ok, we've all known Barr was on the take since his attempt to obfuscate the Mueller Report. Like Drew, recently I've been feeling as if this election will be more of an easier win than not as I too believe people are truly sick and tired of something ridiculously outrageous being said or done almost literally every d--n day. However, please read through this following thread reader from Seth Abramson and tell me that, if even HALF of what is stated is true, these guys will go to absolutely ANY length to maintain power for another 4 years...OR MORE!

After reading that, I'm genuinely starting to fear for our country's future. And trust me, I'm not one to rattle easily. I think it's becoming obvious that throughout the country, there is an underlying current of anger and frustration with the current power structure in Washington, especially with those in power on the right and they can feel it. I'm not talking about the general disillusionment of the blue collar voters and women who hated Hillary and were tired of political dynasties and decided "f-it, nothing else has really worked, what do we have to lose?" Why else would long-time politicos like McConnell, Graham, Cruz, Rubio, and any other Republican Senator over the last 20 years, many of whom Trump skewered on the campaign trail, go crawling back to Dump with their tails between their legs and provide as much cover as they have to the absolute WORST person EVER to hold that office? All of them have literally sold their souls to curry favor with Dump's base. Combine that with Kep's long-standing point that they are slowly dying off and they are seeing the death of their party happening right before their eyes and it's not beyond the pale to think they would cheat in ways never before imagined to maintain the power they currently hold by a thread.
Why else do you put kids in cages on the southern border and limit legal immigration to a crawl? Because they know that the vast majority of those who stay legally and become citizens, end up voting as Democrats. Why else is Dump now making such an issue about mail-in voting, especially during the world's worst pandemic in 100 years, at about the exact time a "second wave" would likely hit? Because for them to win they absolutely need to significantly depress the Democratic vote and, maximize foreign interference -- this time by likely actually interfering with the machines -- in order put enough doubt in the final accuracy to create a crisis by which they can put the final decision in the Supreme Court's hands. Seriously, combine all of that with what Abramson said and, has there EVER been a more corrupt AG than Barr?!? He is literally the Wayne Gretzky of sh---y AGs. Again, IF what Abramson says is true, Barr has obviously cast his lot 100% with Dump and the Republicans and who knows who else with significant power, wealth, and influence that controls that party. To the point he's willing to take the risks he seemingly decided to take. To me it conclusively shows these "guys" are as committed as possible to maintaining power. If all of us thought the last 3.5 years have been bad, I honestly believe that the next 6-7 months are going to make that time frame look like a trip to freaking Disney Land....
