It would appear the rumors that a lot of younger people reserved a ton of tickets in the hopes of an empty arena were true. Lots of youths on Twitter talking about it.

It would appear Trump got Rick Rolled :-)

How are we not smack in the middle of a constitutional crisis when a legal investigation of friends of the president gets a U.S. attorney fired? To me this is as bad a move as trump has made as president. The American people need to wake the fvck up and take back our democracy. This president is 5h!tting on the rule of law and the republicans in congress are watching him do it and making no effort to stop it. We are a third world, banana republic. Every god d am n republican needs to be ousted. You are an enemy of this country if you are not actively and vocally opposed to trump and his republicans.
 
So in what was obviously meant to be timed to the rally and the massive crowds the Bots were programmed to spam twitter to get TrumpLandslide2020 trending. It looks really funny in light of what just went down.

He’s finished. I’m calling a 1984 type result. A lot of us have bought into the polarization bit, but I can’t imagine there are many people who want four more years of this.

I'll believe it when I see it. I think 40% of this country is too far gone to do anything but amputate, and by grace of the EC that 40% is around 48% of the EVs.

Throw in the conservatives' evergreen electoral fraud and intimidation and outright theft, and it's still going to come down to the nub. And obviously even then the derp brigade will never accept it.

We're dealing with a full scale insurrection of the dumbest, most hateful, most violent, most heavily armed people in the land.

Presumably they went with the sanctity of white maidenhood, although they probably threw in she was asking for it by not slurping up Dump's Christian leavings or something.

I just peeked to see how they were whitewashing his Tulsa washout (answer: just don't mention it). I didn't stay to be infected.

My GF was flipping between the networks. Faux was the only one that angled their camera so you couldnt see how awful the crowd was. :-)
 
Oh man...Twitter is having too much fun with all of the Republicans who talked trash leading up to the rally. Herman Cain made sure to announce he would be there and that it will be a great night. That went about as well as his campaign for President did :-)

I will give the Botskis credit...they are trying to make it seem like tonight went off without a hitch. It is funny thousands of them said they "wish they could be there too". Seemed like there was plenty of room...

They had lots of practice covering dwindling NASCAR crowds over the last 9 or 10 years. They got to be expert at quick cuts so just as an empty grandstand was sweeping into view, cue camera #2.
