Putin was saying the opposite. He was saying liberal ideas like multiculturalism are the ideology of the elitists whereas Joe Six Pack knows there's no way to work with people who don't look like you. That's Flaggy's big bad globalism vs the honest real Murican populism of Lou Dobbs and Pat Buchanon.

This is Dump's appeal to his 33%. We're fighting WW3 right now, it's just political instead of military. This time the bad guys are using ballots, not bullets, at least at first. And they're winning.
