Lots of younger looking people in that video. You still think we just need all the old white guys to die off? And keep in mind, NE Ohio is thought to be a lot more open minded than the rest of the state.
Remember, we are replacing the guy currently in the governor's office (one of the few republicans who will occasionally stand up to trump's racism) with someone who is openly and totally supportive of him. Like much of America, Ohio is a lost cause and whichever of the two republicans running in the republican primary will be the next governor.
This brand of racism persists because, while maybe only 35% of America supports trump and these kind of racist ideals, I'm willing to bet it is a majority of white America.
That video actually makes me feel guilty to be a white man.

That will help a lot. Remember the Deplorables aren't just mostly old; they're also getting poorer and poorer because the only assets they were able to accumulate were under liberal social conditions where they had bargaining power. As the Great Republican Apocalypse continues, they will be more and more ground under, so eventually their numbers won't even matter. They will be passive farm animals being shorn or butchered by the Plutes accordingly to their wish -- unable to read, unable to organize, unable to fight.
They will be prone to violence, and that violence will be misdirected (intentionally, by their Masters) against us. But their days of being a significant mass political force are ending. That is why the right is tending more and more directly towards overt fascism. Their policies dis-empower their base but without their base they can no longer hold power through democratic means. The Plutes eventually have to compromise if not destroy democracy to maintain their privileges. Obviously they have no qualms; it's only a matter of how to do it practically and effectively. Mass incarceration without charge, vote suppression, and using the muscle of the justice department and law enforcement for their partisan political ends is just the beginning.
We have about a decade to stop them by peaceful means.

I wonder if the Democrats take power again if they have the stones to put Government and the Press back in their rightful place as important to the infrastructure of the United States as a Global Power. Cause right now our Government and Press are treated like garbage.
