Just called the Washington Post fake news on Meet the Press. Chuck Todd called him on it, but he didn't back down. I wonder if the Democrats take power again if they have the stones to put Government and the Press back in their rightful place as important to the infrastructure of the United States as a Global Power. Cause right now our Government and Press are treated like garbage.

One out of two ain't bad. Yes put the gubmint right but fuk the national press including Chuck Todd. They're all wimps who try to do the bidding of Republicans in order to not be accused of "bias" only to never realize they'll always be accused of bias even if they start publishing RNC press releases as facts.

Anyone who thinks that chemical attack in Syria was either coincidence, or done by ISIS/Al-Qaeda, is completely asleep. Lockheed Martin is desperate to get Trump to keep this war going.

I can't disagree more. A free, powerful, and truthful press is more important to Democracy than the government itself. And, that, more than anything is being destroyed by the right wing and their influences.

You must not watch a lot of Chuck Todd. He's been doing the Lord's work, and my standards are high. His show has basically become a weekly refutation of Dump argle bargle and a weekly scolding of the GOP for being cowards. What do you want the guy to do, start shooting them on camera?

Where was he before the election Kep? The NYT and Washington Post are also alleged to be holding Trump's feet to the fire. Yet in 2016 every "mistake" they made in their reporting on the front page always mysteriously seemed to benefit the Republicans while the corrections were put on page 30. That's great if Chuckles has found religion instead of having John McCain on every week (before he got ill) but its too little, too late for all of these jokers.

The national media is not a friend of liberals/Dems/whatever and should never be trusted to do the right thing. They're cowards and have been for a long time (see Iraq War for example going back a ways).

Oh, I agree. They screw up every election cause they want the election to be fair. It's complete BS, but that's what they do. We still need them. Desperately.

I was talking specifically about Todd, who has impressed me lately. I agree with your larger point that the corporate media and the whole news entertainment game is the soil where Dump grew.
