Inside the mind of a fascist.
"And it's somewhat sad to see a judge go rogue like this," Spicer said. "It's a shame that we're not focused more on making sure that we are applauding the decision by the President to make a renewed focus on keeping this country safe."
Where's Handy?
I wanted his take on the UMinn prof that says Trump is setting himself up like Walker in Wisconsin.
(See link on page 3 this thread.)
It doesn't take a genius to know what he really meant. He meant what he originally said. Time to kill a protestor or ten. His apology shouldn't suffice. He should resign.
Even if he didnt mean that, it is pretty much what he said so even then he should resign. Of course we had Trump say worse and he is President so this guy will probably be Governor.
Jesus, this is great.
Busy day at work but I will read it when I have a chance. If the Prof is right though the country is effed because Walker has made WI a joke.
I read it...rather simplistic but I agree with him. That said, we are screwed because Trump is worse than Walker on pretty much everything.
Sooner or later you hit the point where the protests stop inspiring and start annoying even the people who support you.
The Left cant just stand around protesting, it wont get them anywhere. The Dems need to make real changes to the way they deliver their message (and who delivers it) or they will get thumped the next 4 years.
The dems need to stop getting mad at the outrage of the day and stay on message.
The Republicans seem to carry almost all single issue voters. Even on here that's generally true, whether it's abortion (Joe, Bob), guns (Drew), etc.
The right protests just as much as the left, but they are better at staying on target. Hell, even the women's march started to turn into a circus when people complained that they needed to bring race and gender identity and other issues into it as well. And let's not start with the shiat show that the Occupy Wall Street movement turned into. You want to talk about being dealt a winning hand (politically) and ****ing it down the drain...
There are going to be constant purges in his administration, because Trump can't accept any blame himself.
Sooner or later, Bannon is going to be forced out when Trump can't point the finger at anyone else.
They'd do well to take your advice. It's hard to know what the dems stand for other than protesting, abortions, and trying to put gun owners in jail.
