That's quite the leap. It's a defense if it isn't true. Being accused, and defending yourself means you are on the defense. Just sayin'.

If we're being technical, she's suing because she claims she was planning on using her position as first lady to sell $150 million worth of fragrances, and the newspaper hurt that business.
