His other team went .500 over the weekend, so a 3-1 weekend will make him happy.

My team also went .500, but got pummeled by the 2nd best engineering school in NYS.

Holy Raquette River! The Bears give up two late goals against a very good Geneseo team and then Kenny Simon scores a beautiful OT winner on a breakaway! I am beyond belief right now! So very happy and proud at the moment. I will enjoy this sweep for a day and then think about Oswego and Cortland for next weekend. Great job by the Bears this weekend!

Potsdam earns three points vs, Cortland/Oswego -No Matter what

or

Potsdam beats Oswego, Brockport loses or ties Morrisville, Cortland loses or ties Platttsburgh on Friday


Potsdam to Clinch fourth seed and Home Game
1. Beat Oswego and Cortland (4 Points) and for Buffalo St. and Fredonia Tie

4. Potsdam 14p
5. Buffalo St. 14p
6. Fredoina 13p

(Potsdam gets tie breaker with conference wins)

For me, it's quite simple. Beat Cortland, and you're in. With that win, Brockport and Cortland can no longer catch Potsdam. Morrisville could still tie them, but Potsdam owns the tie-breaker against them on H2H goal differential (they split their series, and they would have the same number of conference wins).

If ANY team has proven they can pull off the upset, it is Potsdam. they have had a bear of a time this season and no true home ice, I wish them well! :cool:
