First, the "entire population" is what? 8 people right now?

Second, he can register as many names as he likes. The administrator still has to activate them.

Of course, if it means denying him the prize he seems to covet, maybe I'll vote for myself

For clarity, the host's vote represents the tiebreaker, in which there is a process to determine the winner, if that makes sense. When I ran it, I usually waited until the last minute before the poll closed, cast my "vote" for the winner of the tiebreaker (although it's understandable that might not be feasible for other hosts to do).

As for FlagDUDE08, the quintessential Buffalo Bills of this contest, having come in second place three out of four years (with a 3rd place finish in the other year), off to the land of parting gifts for you.
