Plattsburgh State Hockey 2014-15 - Bob's 26th work in progress ...

Re: Plattsburgh State Hockey 2014-15 - Bob's 26th work in progress ...

you are correct sir.......one never knows what will happen.

Re: Plattsburgh State Hockey 2014-15 - Bob's 26th work in progress ...

Seen this before, and half the time these players get exactly what they want: get a top DIII team to recruit them, play one more year of juniors. The announcement that they've committed to a top DIII program attracts the attention of lower-tier DI schools, they play well in that extra year of juniors, and the next thing you know they have a DI scholarship and everyine forgets they ever "committed" to a DIII school.
yes...but...that D3 school may have been a better choice in the long run, hope it works out on all ends...

Re: Plattsburgh State Hockey 2014-15 - Bob's 26th work in progress ...

I believe Cam Owens committed last year for this coming season, but then again you never know what could happen by the start of school, i.e. Grant Gallo, Bryan Dallaire.

GALLO played 36 games this year for Omaha 3 goals 1 assits, not a bad frshman season for a BIG Dman, would have been a very nice addition to Platty, but the birds have another big dman coming in next yr.....they also had another BIG dman a few yrs ago that never made it to the ice.

Yea he would have been and yes they had Derek Patterson a few yrs ago, who I was looking forward to seeing since his dad played for my favorite team Calgary, but I believe a pretty bad knee injury ended all of that. I am still hoping to see a goal scorer in the Joey Wilson mold come in something Platty hasn't had since Wilson left.

Super job,Nick!!!!!

Re: Plattsburgh State Hockey 2014-15 - Bob's 26th work in progress ...

I stand corrected. At least based on the D.O.B. it is indeed Plattsburgh's N. Jensen.

Former Cardinal's Alex & Nick Jensen both play for Denmark's Aalborg Pirates - and YES, it was the former Cardinal scoring that shot in the video.

I do see that my "Roll Eyes" did NOT appear in my previous post that said you were correct.

WELL IT LOOKS LIKE THE CARDINALS ARE GOING TO ONLINE SALES THIS YEAR WHILE KICKING AND SCREAMING INTO THE 21ST CENTURY.THE TICKET WILL BE A BADGE YOU WEAR AROUND YOUR NECK WITH A LAYNARD. BAD POINT IS THEY WILL NOT GUARENTEE YOUR SEASON SEATS FOR POST SEASON PLAY.

The badge concept was used a few years ago. Glad to see it back.

But the fact that they will not guarantee us LOYAL SEASON TICKET HOLDERS our reserved seat/standing spaces for post season games, stinks like a plugged up septic tank !! WHY WHY WHY is this not possible ?? Inquiring minds want to know !!!!

The question is, does this mean if you don't purchase your tickets before the general admission tickets go on sale? or does it mean if someone else wants your seat they can buy them before you do? in years past if you didn't purchase your tickets at the time they were offered for season ticket holders then someone else could buy them because you had your chance.

It may just be bad wording about no guarantee of your specific seat Jim. I know in the first paragraph of the letter it says " The college is transitioning to an online ticketing system and eventually all ticket sales, including season ticket renewals and playoff tickets"

Definitely need more and better clarification on this. Hopefully we will get that.
