PC Hockey - Construction Continues

Re: PC Hockey - Construction Continues

Good news: I graduated today!
Bad news: I didn't get arena pics. (Sorry! It rained.) however, the entire front part that used to be the lobby has been completely ripped apart and gutted, and the addition part is coming along nicely.

Congrats to you! Good job!

Thank you!

I will be moving to Washington, DC in two-ish weeks and be an intern there for the summer, and I'm hoping to get a job down there. We'll see what happens!

I'm going to try my hardest to be at the re-opening of Schneider, Alumni Weekend, and Frozen Fenway!

Re: PC Hockey - Construction Continues

Congratulations 13!!!!! Well done! Now go take the world by storm and make your mark! Good luck in DC. Be careful. There are a lot of crooks down there but that's just in the Capital building and the White House.:p;)

Re: PC Hockey - Construction Continues

I love the schedule for next year! PC hockey has indeed turned the corner.

Re: PC Hockey - Construction Continues

Hmm, I see a trip to Colorado Springs in January in my future. Who else wants to be there?

They're getting the band back together!!! I've already put it on the calendar. Hope to see many of the old school travelers on that trip if possible. I'd love it if we could swing this!

Bump. From the third page? We are all getting WAY too lazy! :p

I hope everyone's spring is going well!!!

Re: PC Hockey - Construction Continues

Catering two weddings in the rain was not fun but we have farms out here that should do very well come mid summer.

I'm new to having hens and I was surprised that they were able to build themselves a raft and life jackets. The area around their coop looks like Venice. :p

Re: PC Hockey - Construction Continues

I am really looking forward to this new group of freshman coming in, and especially the transfer from Union, Mingoia.

Re: PC Hockey - Construction Continues

Season Tickets - Just received an email to renew. Are season tickets only $100 per seat this year? Also, they are adding on a $50 donation to each seat you buy. If you purchased a youth or SR ticket in your season ticket package last year, that fee is waived this coming season. A $100 per seat seems a little low, even for Providence College. The Fenway Park game has 2 prices to pick from $50 and $75. I think I will pass on paying that price to see Merrimack in the middle of winter outside.

Re: PC Hockey - Construction Continues

My girlfriend just got our renewal in the mail. Looks like there is no PC faculty discount like there was from last year aside from the $50.00 donation being waived. Friends of Friars is going to cost $250.00 for season ticket holders...I can't wait to throw down that money only for them to allow everyone in halfway through the season for free because the place will be empty. I don't mind giving a donation, especially considering other hockey east teams have a similar area for much more, but I wish they would think it through a little. Yes, as the team got better last year the bar got tight and uncomfortable, so I get trying to limit the amount of people in the room. It just sucks when I bring a few more people to games and only 2 of us can go in. I guess only time will tell how strict they will be and what changes may come.
