Ray Ferraro. Not sure of the other guy's name, but I think he does the Calgary Flames. Annoying voice for sure.

Strange rule - either he should be allowed to keep playing without it, or they should blow the play dead.

Hah, nice try but no. You're wrong. If your helmet pops off they stop play.

In IIHF play you have to get your helmet, play continues, and you get a penalty if you don't go get your helmet right away.
