You know, rooting against Canada means I'm rooting against my own NHL team's coach as well as one of their most legendary players.

Doing it anyway. :D

So here's my question: Let's say Canada wins tonight, outshoots Germany heavily, and Luongo has a shutout or maybe allows one goal. Do you go back to Fat Martha tomorrow?

No way. I think they'll ride Luongo for the duration (which is until they lose to Russia tomorrow).

I'm confused - which legendary player?

So this Canada power play is basically just the Sharks, huh?

Curling is still awesome, but there shouldn't be so much whining now that the US teams are out. :p
This.

The Danish men's skip looks like he is about 14 yrs old.Tie game Den and Swe in the 10th. First nail biter in awhile.

Looks like the ice is graded. Poor Germany. How long can they hold on?

Some guy named Steve, wore #19, was their captain for a crap ton of years, has a street named after him outside the Joe, has his jersey retired WITH THE CAPTAIN'S C ON IT, you know...

The French judge gives Mr. Pronger a 5.1 for technical merit!

I remember a Steve Duchesne, although he didn't quite garner legendary status. Steve Thomas wasn't too bad, but still not sure about being a legend.
Steve Wochy was arguably better than Steve Thomas... but the legend title doesn't quite fit him either. I'm perplexed.

Ohhhhhh, you meant Stevey Y;) (I keed, I keed, I knew it as soon as you mentioned it before)

I'm sure this has been answered previously, but where's McGuire?
