yea and there was almost a person going out the window as well, who was that?? you?? ps didnt get my diploma for many yrs after that because I had not payed the $6 bucks for the broken screen:eek:,wasnt until I got promoted that I needed that diploma

that sounds about right....from what I remember,after drinking those 5 or so kegs is that the member who was going out the window had a color for a last name???:confused::eek:

that is correct. it was amazing how high an empty keg will bounce

I really hope Oswego wins tonight, I was at Utica last year when they handed us our first loss of the season, it was a tough one as I'm sure tonight will be, at least we have home Ice on this one.

The good news is I'll be home for the Pathfinder tournament, was hoping Castleton would be doing better thus far in the season. But I'm sure it will be a good tournament either way, they played Norwich pretty tough.

Wow, is Utica a fast team! Hare came up big tonight keeping the game close, including a great save on a breakaway. Utica is an extremly fast, hard working team. Their relentless backcheck was catching Oswego skaters all night, winning the majority of the puck battles on the boards, and flat out beat Oswego. I have seen Oswego lose many games in the past, but I can't remember the last time they were not the better team on the ice. Utica is without a doubt the best team I've seen this year!

Utica #9 at 8 and 2 knocks off Oswego who is 8 and 2. Think they move way up?

Not sure if it can be addressed during the break like it has in the past but the lack of depth needs to be addressed. I don't understand at the beginning of the year that you thought three healthy scratches would be enough? :confused: Secondly, I want to hit my head against the glass with this atrocious passing I'm seeing with guys trying to get cute in the neutral zone with cross ice passes and trying to make the pretty play in the offensive zone. If you want to score goals let alone win games you need to make sharp tape to tape tick tack passes.

It befuddles me that they continue to resort to the same thing that failed the week before. Against great teams like Platty, Utica, Hobart, SNC, ie you WILL NOT win if your afraid to charge the net and get dirty. Garbage goals are the name of the game. Take some more point shots and have someone out front screening like they did with the Badham goal. I think that worked why not try it again?

Lastly, for now anyway, the intensity in these guys was lacking and was clearly evident after Moodie came off the ice in the 2nd. I think mentally they were not even there. There were being beaten badly to loose pucks and muffed so many passes that their minds had to be somewhere else. There were times where some didn't even know where the puck was. So needless to say, mental awareness was lacking tonight for sure.

And without a doubt Utica was faster, but I wouldn't go as far as to say they are the better team overall. They were just the better team tonight on this chosen day and ground.

Also props to the Utica fan who made the "You just got Educated" sign. Many Oswegonians most likely didn't get it but kudos. He is a great player and very heady. The other sign I saw well I will chalk that up to the beers you drank before entering. :)

For the polls to have any credibility, Utica should be the #2 or #3 of the East ranked teams. They made Oswego look slow, and are the best team I've seen since the final four last year. I have a hard time believing this game was a fluke from what I saw tonight.

No one can move from #9 to #2 based on one game, regardless how resounding a win. Probably2, perhaps 3 at most. The polls just don't work that way.

Utica might be able to find its way into the top 5 but I can't see them any higher. I'll also bet they only jump Oswego if the Lakers lose or tie Hobart.
