And the Blugolds go with black letters and a W (which stands for Eau Claire?)

Okay, now I see the Eau Claire underneath the W. Seems to me the W should be smaller.

My observations:

WEC is much quicker, Oswego seems to be waiting for the puck to come to them instead of going after the puck. If Oswego doesn't pick it up, WEC is going to fly by them.

Lakers pressure looked like it came only on the power play - WE-C is absolutely blitzing the Oswego d-zone. Perhaps one can hope that the Blugolds run out of gas before the 3rd progresses too far, but West teams (from an Easterner's perspective) always seem to let it fly. Thinking the Lakers had better step it up soon, but as far as the score goes, I'm more surprised that Oz has weathered a tie game into the 1st intermission than WE-C erasing the 2 goal deficit. The Blugolds should have the lead right now, after that wildness. Hang in there boys...

Just seems like Eau Claire has all the puck luck and they are hustling.

Oswego needs to make good on the oppurtunities they are getting, because there are not many. WEC still seems quicker although not as quick as they were in the first.

Yet not sure about that last penalty call
But this is the team that beat my snc multiple times
They know how to get things done

They're definitely making the most out of their breaks. Oz looked like they were stepping it up a bit towards the end of the 2nd - may have been just me though.
The season comes down to the last 20, and more if necessary.

Did I just hear the SOG was 14-3 in favor of OZ in the 2nd? EC is playing great defense.

OZ also needs to continue to keep EC out of their end with loose pucks or this thing will go south In a hurry. EC plays the opportunity well.
