Geez. (shakes head) Where will this discussion turn to next? Are we going to name what brand we like? Is it Skoal? Is it Copenhangen? Is it Red Man?

The NCAA will bring sanctions if "Red Man" is an option - besides, it's SwisherSweets :p

I actually played against a high school named Copenhagen. I always would make the crack there is no dipping when we passed the village sign, :D :D :D

Copenhagen school district is surrounded on 3 sides by the Carthage CDd and the othe side by Lowville Academy School District. Copenhagen is more well known throughout NY for its Fire Dept Drill team. http://www.copenhagenfire.com/index.php/drill-team

Seriously though I have to admit to being pretty shocked by this thread. Dip getting a bad rap on a hockey message board is like donuts getting dissed on a police radio.

Some of the SNC players not dressed were doing it in their suits while watching their team play for the National Championship....

Apparently that is an NCAA violation - although I doubt that it will ever be enforced or college hockey will probably cease to exist.

However, I have double-checked on the espn website, and indeed the Hobey is all they will be televising on ESPNU. Following that is Mississippi vs. Georgia Baseball. :mad:

No Skills Challenge :(

In case you are looking for some more college hockey to watch, today at 5:00, RIT faces off against Wisconsin and Boston College plays Miami of Ohio at 8:30. Both games are being shown on ESPN2. On Friday night at 12:00 midnight, ESPNU has something scheduled called “College Hockey Championship Stunt”. I am hoping that this is the tape delay of the Skills Challenge that Neil Musselwhite is participating in. Stay up and watch or tape it and watch on Saturday morning. The Division Final is Saturday evening at 6:00 on ESPN.

The three hour stunt is repeated all night and ends at 9am... I am checking with execs at ESPN to confirm what the hell it is...but I agree Cold, it is probably the skills comp....

The online ESPNU schedule shows regional games leading up to the finals being repeated all night - so it doesn't look like there will be TV.... :>(
