Luckily, the ticket policy is if they have sold out all the non-student tickets they'll start selling the student allotment, so maybe most of the crowd will be townies.

Laker hockey game will be on TV, Web, radio

OSWEGO — SUNY Oswego and the Oswego State athletic department have announced that Saturday’s 7 p.m. NCAA Division III men’s hockey quarterfinal contest between second-ranked Oswego State (25-2-0) and sixth-ranked Bowdoin (19-6-1) will be televised on two TV channels and over the Internet.

Campus station WTOP will be providing a television broadcast on Campus Channel 10 and Local Cable Access Channel 96, while a live Web cast will be available at www.oswego.edu/athletics/live.

A live radio broadcast will also provided by WNYO (88.9 FM) and is available at www.wnyo.org.

Live statistics can be accessed at www.sidearmstats.com/oswego/mhockey.

We are confirmed for a casual get-together hosted by The Oswego Alumni Association, along with the SUNY Oswego Athletic Department and The Blueline Club at WiseGuys <http://www.wiseguyslp.com/> Sports Bar and Nightclub, 11 School St., beginning at 9pm Friday, following the tournament action.

Anyone have an idea on how flexible exactly the arena ushers are in "subtle" seating changes? My party's in Sec 7 and its starting to look like a no-man's land of different fans (as advertised in the attendance feed). And as I understand it, the major Laker contingent is over in Sec 16 - if one were to migrate that way, think the attendants shall have beef?

1) Make LARGE sign "SWAP SEC 7 FOR SEC 16 TIX"
2) Find Spot Outside Near Entrance - Hold Sign Over Head
3) Repeat in Loud Voice "SWAP SEC 7 FOR SEC 16 TIX"

If this fails, enter arena, proceed to section 16 and find some poor sap in a (SNC, Norwich or Platty) sweater sitting in a sea of Hunter Green and offer to take care of his dilema....

Why dont you give the box office a call, they may just switch them for you? I know they did a few years back. Just a thought....
