I'm sick and tired of hearing about what a great hockey team the Canadians have. Screw 'em!

Out of curiosity, what's the basis of the Eruzione hate around here? I don't know him personally, but I never got the impression he was a dick. And he did score what could be arguably the most famous/important goal in US Hockey history.

He went to BU, not Minnesota (or a WCHA team) so therefore he is evil.
