Ohio State 2024-25 Domination of the Portal Queen!

WOW! Gotta LOVE the OSU revolving door. BIG TIME hire. I bet the D transfers are loving their decision even more. Talk about elite. OSU is on a whole other level. GO BUCKS!!!

We were already going to have the top defense talent wise this coming season, with the Wis man coaching the D he'll really have it running smooth!

100 PERCENT!!! 14 years in the NHL and over 500 games played. Buckeyes keep dominating even when not on the ice. Coach Elander is one of the best in womens hockey. How do you replace such a legendary coach ... Coach Muzerall knows. Again, gotta luv the OSU revolving door hahahahahahaha.

It's KILLING you no one is taking the bait. Haha. I'm really enjoying reading your fishing trip posts. Keep casting into the dead sea.

Oh, but I did find you... how's that revolving door, Timothy??? I guess Muzerall knows exactly what she's doing... just need to have vision.

Our Elite Skills camp starts today on our home ice, could there be future Buckeyes among them?
The Muzzinator had been back in Minnesota AGAIN making her impression on their talent and next month her camp will be in Boston. The woman NEVER rests!

My son said he's seen her at multiple rinks in the twin cities for the past two weeks.

I would hope so....along with 25+ other D1 coaches recruiting the OS Prospects Camp

Oh. Oops. I ment to say for the past several weeks as OSU was running their own camp in the twin cities that the other 25+ D1 coaches weren't doing. I heard the girls loved seeing all the former Buckeyes and current PWHL players coaching them on the ice.

It pain's me to say, I agree. They'll continue to do well in MN as long as Frosty is in town....his recruiting is puzzling among other things. Through the rumor mill, you're going to do quite well this summer in MN.

It puzzles me as well he hasn't been more aggressive in his recruiting. It's not that he doesn't get top talent but lately not in the numbers he used to. It seemed last season Murphy tried to carry the entire team.
But I haven't looked at his incoming class to see if that's still true.

He definitely seems to overreach at times on obvious mid tier players he should leave alone, but mixed in with some genuine talent. So you end up with 2 can't miss standouts and 3-5 that will hit the portal the following year. Almost like he didn't concentrate on recruiting at all! A few that went to St Thomas would have looked good in maroon and gold. With tOSU and the Badgers easily recruiting the cream it doesn't look promising.

With the program's history he should be able to attract enough talent to have a strong competitive roster. It may seem like it but the Badgers and OSU can't take them all.
After all, their last Frozen Four was only a year ago so you wouldn't think Frostie's job is in immediate jeopardy.

So if tOSU football team loses to Michigan is it a successful season? I agree with you not all's lost, and no one expects to win them all, but there should be some urgency. Granted women's hockey isn't on that level of pressure but this is the State of Hockey. He's had his pick of talent and now people are snubbing him more than ever.

Guess my point is he needs to kick it into gear if he wants to continue to compete for titles as that's what should be expected. Only a handful of teams tower above the rest and let's be honest the Badgers and tOSU were clearly the best two teams last year.

Many hockey communities are close and now those we know are highly considering leaving the state or wearing purple. While I would never be caught dead wearing your colors at a football game. If there's a few girls and families we know on your team, I wouldn't have a problem doing so even at Ridder Arena. Five years ago, I would have never said that.
