Ok, anybody else a) Notice the music being played in the intros, seems like better use of licensed music, closer to actual intro music. And b) Seems like the actual arena PA's are being used and the generic guy from GM Place.

Bought 2010 FIFA World Cup on EBay for $32 w/ shipping. About the max I was willing to pay. I should be getting it sometime next week.

Some new features:
- Updated Agents (5 different types)
- Updated player training (much needed)
- New conversations with players
- New board requests
- Improved News/Inbox screens
- Emotion engine (celebrations, etc.)
- Dynamic League Reputation (finally!)
- Stadium stands have fans in them

Release date:
Before Christmas 2010

December can not come soon enough! :D

Anyone on 360 ever run into the issue where you can't connect to the EA servers? I have no issue getting on XBL, but I haven't been able to connect to EA's servers in a while now.

GT5 Prologue was released April 17, 2008 in the US (Dec 07 in Japan). So GT5 should have released no later than early 2009.

Bastards have pushed it back forever.

Yeah, it usually happens about once every 6 months for me and takes 2-3 days to be resolved. In other news, I am without my 360 now. It finally fired beyond repair. I may try to pick something up before the new COD comes out but I think paying for school will kill that.

A couple of buddies at my work had a bet over which would come out first, GT5 or Detox (the Dr. Dre album). And that was made like Christmas 2008.

No kidding, I'm contemplating it just for GT5 alone (although there are a couple other PS3 exclusive games I like too.) Supposed to release with like 950 cars or something ridiculous.

Supposedly only like 200 of them will be "premium" cars, complete with interior, etc.

Knowing Polyphony, the other 750 will consist of every variant of Nissan Skyline ever conceived.

I thought about the Collector's Ed. for GT5 until I learned its going to be $100. :eek: No thanks! The other 2 are $79.99 which is more in line with expectations.

Also, the young lady working at the store showed me her new tattoo.. it was an outline of Wisconsin on her ankle. I wondered if her and CTF are related or just had the same mental handicap.
