I am predicting that Williams will get the upset today, as much as I want Amherst to win for that exact same reason. :(

Didn't both Adrian and Norwich win their championships and get A bids? So Oswego and Trinity get a C bid, and the third bid will remain to be seen.

I don't think the Amherst game will have any bearings on whether Oswego gets in.

You can actually go back to the Platty game in CC and point to the TO that Coach E called. Really from that point on we have not played good at all. I hope Coach G has some extreme shooting drills to conduct if we make it into the NCAA's. If the committee in the smoked filled room realizes on the last 25% then we are screwed and the Lakers to look in the mirror as to see who to blame.

Whichever of Hobart/Stevens Point doesn't get the Pool B probably gets in over Oswego, IMO. If Amherst loses, they take the remaining bid and leaves Oswego on the outside looking in.

Looks like the discussion is more academic than anything at this point. Looks like it's going to be Trinity, Oswego and either Hobart/Wisc-SP, whichever one doesn't get the B.

Don't ask me about seeding though. I'd actually kinda like Oswego to have to play a "play-in" game before the quarters. I think they need the practice.

I made the drive to Adrian two years ago and it was a lot of driving. We will see tomorrow what any of us need. The problem we had in Adrian was getting tickets. The rink only seats 458

The boys at oswego are very optimistic,the schedule has our next game as a play-in on the 14th..???:confused:

It has been on the books since the schedule was posted in the fall...... The women schedule has the final four.

Hobart has won 10 straight, Oswego has gone 7-2-1 in our last Ten
Our last game against Hobart we outshot them 40-29 at home, but the game was close with the GWG coming in the third period.

Hobart has averaged 3.1 Goals their past 10 while allowing 1.2 goals
Oswego has Averaged 3.8 Goals their past 10 while allowing 1.9 goals

These are very even teams, luckily its close to Oswego and i can see a large contingent of Oswego fans making the trip, the last time i went to the Cooler we outnumber the Hobart fans. This is too close for comfort, but gotta be able to beat any team to call yourselves champions

Checked a few box scores and Hobart loves to throw the puck at the net,we should take a hint and do the same,enough board/cycling.Hobart is on fire after losing to Oswego they have been a steamroller,lets hope they run out of gas now that the prices are going back up:eek: for driving season,imagine that.If we play like we did the other night say good night Irene.

I thought we played well against Plattsburgh, I just think they played better.

Fan speak-we havent been the same since the tie at home....and we are shooting lousy. You are right--average, good enough to beat the talent level of a Buff State. The guys need to come out with their hair on fire Sat Night.......
