we need video as my daughter is so well entrenched in sports and birthday parties there is no way we can get there.....if the NCAA is not streaming why cant WTOP do it of they can??? Ill throw in for some gas/hotel $$..ps who could we call and berate as well, Lou any ideas??

I know there is no mention of the stream on the site - there wasn't much info last year either - but the games will be streamed...I know this because our own Michael Keeley offered his services to the NCAA and they told him they "had it covered", which means instead of a great PxP talent who can speak with authority on all four teams having covered them the past four years, we get "some guy" who may or may not know much.....but at least we get pictures - start figuring out how to sync WNYO with the video...

Thanks for the kind words. I should've inquired about it a lot earlier. I never expected Oswego to get this far though, which of course piques my interest on the whole thing.

It's always fun hearing the different pronunciations for Gosek, Oswego, and a few other names though. :p

If they use the guy they used last year, the NCAA (and those of us watching) is in good hands. He knew his stuff and his pronunciations were just fine. And he didn't even go to Oswego.

Was at the game on Sunday. Was very impressed with the Lakers! They owned the neutral zone. Babson's whole flow was disrupted. We won all the offensive zone battles. Gertsakis was very impressive. Best player on the ice IMHO. Controlled the whole game when he was out there. Not a big fan of the umbrella pp for this group. Don't seem to have the big shooter to make it work. Would like to see a Waterstreet camped out in front of the net causing havoc. All in all, we totally dominated. Was great to see them live for first time in a while. Very proud to be a former Laker! Let's do it two more times boys!

Hey don't blame us, the Maine high school championships were streamed from that very site two weeks ago.

hey B.S good to see ya back ...how r things, this team seems to be playing some good hockey,must have been a great game to see up close,you still in Mass?.i agree, I like the big guy IFO the net, and Gerk was very good with the puck and more importantly very good on the d-side as well,didnt have a great game vs Bowdin but more than made up for it vs babo,he is a top all-american as far as I can see,and I think if Johnson cleans up his defensive end he could be as well,he reminds me on my partner ,Mcfall.

thanks for the info,WNYO will be on and perhaps the announcers will do a little homework b4 the game.

For what it's worth, SNC's infosheet/program confirmed the games would be streamed online per the NCAA's agreement with Turner Sports:

The Oswego SID office is the source - corrections can be submitted there...his name, phone and email are on the cover...

Wow- even channel 9 had a spot on the evening news today- interviewed Gosek and Titanic. Channel 3 had one on earlier this week.

It's the one time of year the Syracuse media covers the team. The Syracuse newspaper will likely have their one "feel good" story in the next few days. That is, if they can squeeze in a story among the 40 stories about the basketball team.

Yep. Broadcasters live and die by the pronouncers. And many of these aren't even close.
