So I'm playing the Three Sheets drinking game with a glass of (90 proof) rum. I'm not sure this is a good idea.

Sort of changed my mind on the Baltika. After 2-3 other beers, the 51 oz. #9 is somewhat more effective. ;)

I've just been April Fooled by a bottle of Arbor Brewing Co.'s Espresso Love Breakfast Stout.

Poured like an unfiltered oatmeal stout, smelled fairly promising, tastes like someone made a cup of cheapo instant coffee with about four scoops of crystals.

Shame too, as their Jackhammer offering is an excellent Belgian-style dark ale (and I'm not normally one to sing the praises of Belgian-type beers).

Just picked up a bomber of Black Butte Porter. I've had Black Butte before and it was awesome, I just didn't have the porter. Looking forward to it tomorrow. Maybe a mega-showerbeer. :D

I was excited to try Red Hook Mudslinger because their ESB is the bomb, but I'll never buy the Mudslinger again. It had a very, very meh, flat, unspectacular, no big start and zero finish taste to it.

God Bless 30 packs of beer!

Threw it into my makeshift fridge and I am set for the night. The downside is that my fridge is a cooler that is next to my computer because I am not allowed to have alcohol in the main fridge.

This just in:
Mich Golden Light is going to be discontinued! :mad: What the hell am I going to drink for craptacular beer when I am in Minnesota?!

I can't find any info on it online...but the guy at the liquor store was fairly certain. I'm scared. :(
