It does says a lot but I also think he was trying to stay focused to overcome being nervous. Case in point, the heart attack he probably gave everyone when he had to reach behind him for the puck with 1 second left in regulation after Miami fired a shot at him.

But either way, he was a very calm and collected goalie all year and I hope he keeps that up for this coming season.

Love how high up they have the "improved" Merrimack jersey. I never had a huge problem with the old one, but I hate the yellow on the current one. The actual design is okay though.

Kieran Millan was interviewed this week on Down the Pipe, a radio program out of Alberta. The interview (about 7 min.) begins with the call (is it ESPN?) of Millan's save on Mike Sislo in the regional final. He points out that the first college hockey game he attended was at Miami, who was recruiting him. Audio clip.

Don't know if this is old news or not, but check your inboxes.

I just got an email from Agganis Arena saying that the presale for Fenway tix will start September 1st at noon. No word on ticket limits, but it does say that there will be dedicated student and general fan sections for each school in each game.

i got that too.... i don't get the point below:


"Please note that a limited number of tickets have been set aside in various seating categories behind the net where the Terriers will shoot twice. You will have the option to sit with other Terrier fans in that area by selecting the BU / UNH General or BU / UNH Student Section. (Please note that the UNH "home" seats will be located in the same sections for the first game of the doubleheader as BU's "home" seats are for the second game).

Ticket prices start at just $5 and each ticket is valid for both games. "

am i supposed to be worried that we are sitting with UHN fans??! would we rather be with NU fans?!?:p :eek: :rolleyes:

id think hnu fans, we have mutual dislike for our opponent. nu students would spend most of the night game trying to form complete sentences while attempting to make fun of us.

I have not gotten a second email. Maybe current students are on the 1st and everyone else the 3rd?
