With the way we've been playing I wish we could opt to play michigan st this weekend instead of next.

Swept them at Munn to start our run this year, sweep em again

Evidently you are not that intelligent either. We had a bad 3 years with Rich Clod, he recruited smurfs. We've got vthe market corned on slot-receivers now thanks to that dumb-*****. Thank God for Coach Hoke, have you been paying attention to recruiting recently?

Those wins, of course count, but come on get real.

This isn't directed at you per say, unless it's applicable ;)

I love the legions of Michigan fans who have "discovered" college football recruiting in the last 6 months. Universal truth about recruiting - any BCS coach at a major program can recruit very well following his first season, happens all the time. Can you recruit in year 3 after a bad season or two is what matters. Second truth, if it were all about good recruiting teams like Notre Dame, UCLA and Florida State would not have such ****ed off fan bases. I actually like Hoke, and think he's going to do fine but Michigan fans in general are getting carried away thinking 1 good recruiting class is going to win them a National Title.

No one, other than extreme idiots, is talking National Championship. We have a brutal schedule next year, and making a run at the B1G Championship might even be a stretch. And it's a little more than "1 good recruiting class"...

Forgive me for derailing again, but I think it worth mentioning that it's Christmas Eve in Oxford...

JD, are we going to get another play by play update this year? Gonna need someone to scope out the scene for us. This will probably be the hardest day of the year as a first year alum. Hope every student who posts on here has fun tomorrow.

Well... I woke up at 430. But it was for work instead of green beer. Guess i'll have to make up for it on st pats
