HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA boy today is going to be fun with the way it has already started lol.

However you got a little ways to go to finish off that bottle, jd. Better pace yourself lol. :D

Re: Official 2009-2010 Miami season thread part II: Unfinished Business

They also missed #3, guess its tough to count to 10 at the world wide leader lol.

I stopped watching after they skipped ours, had already seen them on sports center last night, and man I really, really, really HATE the NBA. Nobody can shoot the ball, they all travel, no fundamentals, I don't see how ESPN is in love with it that much.

It'd be more interesting if there was a charter bus to drive me up to CBus tonight, but the womans car is messed up right now so have to drive her to work tonight. No Value City for this guy.

Re: Official 2009-2010 Miami season thread part II: Unfinished Business

After shoveling the driveway this morning, I decided I needed something to get me pumped up for tonight...

Wow, in a week we've had 400 posts in this thread. It took 4.5 months to get 1000 in the last one.

Yeah... didn't remember I had the foam finger until after we spent an hour trying to make that arm/hand/victory finger out of snow, so we couldn't bring ourselves to replace it with the foam finger. And actually looked for red food dye or something equivalent, but to no avail. Perhaps next time...

Re: Official 2009-2010 Miami season thread part II: Unfinished Business

I also put this over at MHT so we could see where everyone is looking at finishing. Granted, we could wait about 8 hours. But whats the fun in that?

Team------Points----------Max------Finish
Miami-----69--------72------ 1
MSU-------49--------52------2/3
FSU-------48---------51------2/4
NMU------45---------48------3/5

UAF-------45---------45------5/6
UNO------44---------44-------6/7
Mich-------43--------46-------4/7
OSU-----38---------41-------8/9

Lake------35---------38-------8/10
Notre-----33---------36-------9/10
BGSU-----21---------24-------11/12
WMU-----19---------22--------11/12

So it looks like we are going to be hosting anyone from Ohio State and down. Michigan and Notre would be a huge first round matchup, and buckeyes can still head to Lake. NMU hoping to hold on to that first round bye.

Northern needs 1 pt to clinch a bye, and want to add this. Not sure if anyone looked but NMU has moved into #15 in the PWR which would now give the CCHA 5 teams into the tourny as of now and the most of any conference...hmmmm not to shabby for a crappy conference

If NMU gets only that shootout loss and Michigan wins, Michigan gets a bye... Which I don't want... But yea the wildcats are on a roll, as they always seem to be in the second half. Just waiting for UNO to drop out of the top 25.

Re: Official 2009-2010 Miami season thread part II: Unfinished Business

Also Palmer is only 1 point behind Dalpe for the CCHA scoring title. Miele is only 2 points back. So either of them could realistically win that title tonight.

Where do you see five teams? I only count four.

Miami, Michigan State, Ferris State, and NMU.

You forgot Alaska Fairbanks. They have a good shot at getting their first ever tourney appearance. They had a big win at ALaska Anchorage last night, and got them at home tonight. They're currently tied with Michigan State in PWR at #11. A home series win should be enough for them I'd think.

You are correct. I forgot UAF dropped the "Fairbanks."
