Partially. IIRC, the House drafts the articles of impeachment and makes the motion to impeach. If the motion is approved, the trial is held in the Senate, and the Senate casts the actual vote to impeach.

Most young adults have crappy net worth due to being early in their mortgages and still repaying student loan debt.

I scored about 20% higher on income ranking vs net worth.
