The problem is Arizona residents rely on two industries to fund their budget. 1) speculative housing, and 2) crystal meth. One industry is dead and the other is thriving but generates no taxes. No wonder you have trouble paying your healthcare and education bills. State leaders should have diversified the economy when they had the chance (for the record, Nevada and Florida are in the same boat).

Despite my strong libertarian leanings, I don't believe legalizing meth is anywhere near being a good idea.

His views dont shift at all...his POSTS shift but that is just because he is A) a cleverbot and B) he enjoys poking fun at the beliefs of the Right. He is basically a less rich Stephen Colbert.
