Got my tickets for Saturday. We spent the weekend in Albany and I went by Spartan Arena on the way back home. That's two more NU fans and two less CSC fans that way :D

I picked up af few tickets to the Saturday game too along with a Castleton Media guide for mens hockey team that was free. I was curious to see the bio on goalie Eric Cinotti to see if he was a big junior A star. He placed 2 years AtJHL before playing with St. Louis and Wichita Falls of the NAHL. That is a lot of experience going into D3 in my opinion. Route 107 was in good shape although there is a one way stretch for a short distance. Route 107 makes it easy and fast to get to Rutland.

Kreitzberg Arena
We still have some tickets to this weekends game between the NU Men and Castleton State College. Stop in to Kreitzberg Arena office tomorrow (Wednesday) and get your tickets. Castleton is saying they are sold out. Call our office at 485-2880 to see if we still have them before coming over for tickets.

WCAX's Ashley Chase will be spotlighting 2012 Hockey Humanitarian Award finalist Shawn Baker of the Norwich men's ice hockey team tonight at 6 p.m. on Channel 3.

Don't miss this incredible story that shows Shawn as not only a member of the perennial powerhouse hockey team, but also his off the ice story as a volunteer firefighter in the Northfield Fire Department.

If you miss the 6 o'clock...You can catch a shorter version at 11 p.m. along with highlights of tonight's big women's hockey showdown between Norwich and Plattsburgh at the Stafford!

I'm here at the Stafford - game tied up at 4 after 2. SOG - Plattsburgh 23 - Norwich 24 - STILL Neutrally horrible officiating.

Plattsburgh's has now scored 6 of the 22 goals given up by the Norwich women this season .

And Norwich takes the second match, like the first, in OT, 8-7.
