Those are all solid names. An alumni would be great because they understand Norwich, Northfield, and how to recruit to Norwich specifically. Norwich is different than other schools. An alum would also hopefully get the community back and involved. Has anyone heard from Currier? He was a part of some successful teams with both McShane and Ellsworth. Gorman? He was with McShane for a couple years and is still coaching I believe. Czarnota was here for a few seasons and left to coach elsewhere last I heard. I am sure there are other alum out there that are coaching at various levels that I am not aware of. Regardless of who they choose, it has to be someone that has a plan to get this program back on track.Any thoughts on young alumni in the coaching world getting an opportunity? TyP? Thieda? Paul Russell's been an assistant at some good programs. Just thinking outside the box from the normal names
