Re: Northeastern Huskies 2014 Offseason: Resurrection's Over....Now What?
It is obvious that you have never spoken to the coaches. I don't think a "buddy-buddy" relationship is what you should be seeking. You would benefit from having a better understanding of what the coaches are try to do and how they are approaching the problems they have to solve.
Congratulations on finding a job. I'm sure that lifts a major weight from your shoulders. It would be a good idea if you refrained from posting during the workday until you are acclimated - in perhaps 6 months
I have no idea of the existence or availability of the stats you want, nor do I know of any team or service that publishs them.
As for talking to JM, I do not need to. I never talked to Crowder, I never talked to Cronin, I will never talk to JM. I am fair about that. I am not looking for buddy-buddy relationships with these guys. I actually do not like dislike JM, I have never met him. I just dislike him as the hockey coach.
It was dumb to hire someone with zero experience or background to be the coach of this team. As someone who has spent the bulk of the last year trying to land a full time perm job, (i start tuesday) I still find it hard to believe the AD hired someone with little to no experience behind the bench or running any sort of sports team to take over. The highlight on his CV was former player, twenty odd years ago. And nice guy. So far thats landed us one 3 game playoff series in 3 years and the tanking of a program that had been on the rise prior to him taking over.
I just figure either the team does not keep track of scoring chances, or you know what they are and do not want to share because you know it will prove me right, that the defense showed zero improvement last year.
