From what I heard there's very precise protocol to follow when removing one's protective attire after treating an ebola patient, and that didn't happen here.

Yes, I heard a short rundown on the protocol in the news over the weekend. They said that the woman accidentally touched the outside of her protective suit, causing the contraction.

The question is, was the nurse trained? If all you have to do is touch infected bodily fluids to catch it, I can see why there is a precise protocol

Just imagine how much money we'd have for this liberal stuff if we stopped fighting in the Middle East. We'd have safe bridges. Hell from one article I read we might even have a cure for Ebola right now.

But, hey, let's just keep protecting people who don't want to be protected.

And here's the proper guidelines when treating Ebola.

The money would be p issed away anyway, you know it, I know it.

I wonder what part of the safety guidelines she messed up on? Can't imagine that she didn't wash her hands afterwards, thats the only way I could see getting it, taking off PPE and getting fluids on hands, wiping nose or whatever.

The irony is the outbreaks so far have been in the state that more than any other was responsible for diverting the wealth of the nation from the public good to private pockets. Karma's a b1tch.
