Let's apply this to other rights, whether enumerated or otherwise:
If people want to own a gun, they can travel to BFE, Wyoming.
If people want to have kids, they can go to Utah.
If people want to vote, they can go to California.

Yeah, that doesn't really work.

I had health insurance, my wife (then fiance) didn't. Turns out we made the right call because she had to go to the ER a couple months later.

We did the full blown wedding the following summer, and did a honeymoon in Jamaica the following winter.

Point being, I didn't have to go to another state to get married.

Has there ever been a restriction on two white people with no criminal record (I assume), and over the age of 18, getting married on a moment's notice? Your question is moot as a matter of historical fact alone.

Black people used to have to travel to different states to have various rights...stupid negroes nowadays wanting everything their way RIGHT NOW!

Sue the state. We are both attorneys, after all.

If you're hinting that we may have gone elsewhere, that's not the point since we are both young, healthy, white heterosexuals with two attorney salaries. We aren't the people affected by this kind of crap.
