Be honest... how many of you actually went on Youtube to watch the act take place when you read that it happened on live TV?

I had never before met someone who so thoroughly epitomized the maxim "people are most impatient with those flaws in others about which they are most uncomfortable with in themselves."

How is your conviction that people are unable to take care of themselves on their own without assistance from the government all that different?

I didnt, I never watch any of that crap. Sorry but I find it creepy that people have a need to watch other people die.

As a kid, watched Faces Of Death (yes, I know most of it was fake). Never had the need to watch any of it (fake or not) ever again.

I clicked on the article for a station I used to work for and there was an accompanying video that looked like it was coverage of the shooting. Watched it and was amazed they showed the actual shooting from the TV feed. Couldn't believe they would have picked that as the video and I'm sure they heard from a ton of people about showing it.

No. Didn't read any articles or look at any pictures either. I don't even like seeing surveillance pictures of robberies, much less actually watching someone get shot, much, much less watching someone die. Why would anyone want to see that? I don't get it.

If that had happened to a friend or family member, and all the yahoos on the internet could watch it whenever they want, it'd make me physically ill. It almost does anyway. It's not entertainment, and it's not helping anyone.

When the internet was still fairly fresh and new I stumbled upon a video of a German soldier during WW II being held down on the ground by Russian soldiers with his face pinned down with a boot. I didn't know what was coming and before I could switch if off it was a long bladed knife to the throat. Still makes me sick and to this day I have done my utmost best to ensure I never watch anything like that ever again.

Yet you still refuse to answer my question. Why is it imperative to point out when a white murderer kills folks of color, but imperative not to mention race when it's the other way around? It's a simple question, and asking it in no way makes me a racist. But take your own advice, and spin away...I'll wait.
