Well, at least I attacked someone who can respond, Colonel. The guys and gals involved in defending us from cyber attacks can't. They're too busy drinking coffee in air conditioned comfort. But you didn't insult anyone, right?

BTW, here's a little tip: if it wasn't your intention to insult those folks, why not throw in a little attaboy for their work? You've had several opportunities. But you evidently can't bring yourself to do that can you? But it wasn't your intention to insult them, right?

However, you either used or didn't dissociate yourself from langauge like: "12-year old boy," "video games," "sipping coffee," "air conditioning," "desk jockeys" and "participation" that does sound a teensy bit disrespectiful, no? An 18-year-old mother of a baby boy was shot and killed in a Chicago suburb just hours after her younger sister had sat on the stage behind President Obama, listening to him push for gun control legislation.

MyFoxChicago.com reports two people are being questioned in the shooting death of Janay McFarlane, but no one has been charged. The mother of a 3-month-old baby boy was shot once in the head around 11:30 p.m. Friday in North Chicago while visiting friends and family.

What a coincidence. JJ says JJ jr's "bi-polar disorder" is acting up, just as the feds are about to sentence his a*s to prison. No doubt all that stress of studying for the pimp school entrance exam. Rolex watches are out of my league. Especially 43K Rolex watches. But JJ jr's watch has been referred to as "gold plated." For 43K, shouldn't you get solid gold?

And now Chicago's top cop is blaming gun lobbyists.

Appearing on a local Windy City Sunday morning talk show on the radio station WLSAM, Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy said special interests that lobby politicians to influence their opinion on gun control are the real problem.

“If there was a special interest influencing police work, I believe that would be called corruption,” McCarthy said. “So, if it has to do with donating money, versus a popular vote, I think we have a bigger problem in this country and someone has to wake up to that.”

Gun rights advocates seized on the comments, saying that McCarthy was blaming the city’s gun violence on donors and lobbyists who advocate for the Second Amendment.

“Garry McCarthy’s understanding of our Constitution barely qualifies him as a meter maid, never mind the chief of the nation’s third largest police department,” Illinois State Rifle Association Executive Director Richard Pearson said.

Ugh. The worst part was the end of that article: "she went running to her parents mumbling 'I have finals next week'". That girl's drunken actions took away a husband, a father, and she's still thinking about herself...and hoping mommy and daddy can fix it for her.

I understand why Twitch doesn't want the Millennial label. I think I'm old enough not to claim these selfish pr!cks as my generation either.

Even though SCOTUS overturned Chicago's core anti-gun ordinances, the city still has the toughest restrictions on guns of any American city. For some strange reason, the Blackstone Rangers, Gangster Diciples, et al, don't seem to be getting the message. Maybe more ordinances would make these people change their ways.
