Feds have announced another investigation into the death of Kendrick Johnson, a Lowndes, Ga teenager whose body was found in a rolled up wrestling mat. The death was ruled an accident. The family is represented by Benjamin Crump, the same bottom feeder and race baiter who represented Trayvon Martin's parents.

Obviously i have no clue what really happened in this case. And i am not even sure it should be getting any national attention but the media is already playing some subtle games. From what I understand the rolled up wrestling mat in which this fellow was found(and allegedly died) was vertical when he was found and the story was that he fell down into it. Yet NBC news tonight when showing the supposed mat(or one just like it) chose to show it rolled up and lying on it's side in a horizontal position-all the time saying that there is some suspicious elements to this case as to why a young man could have this happen and not be found quickly. No mention of the fact that the rolled mat was verticle, it's heavy weight or height or anything else. Just a long look at a rolled up mat lying on it's side. Pardon my frankness but one would think that an autopsy in this instance should answer just about every question as to whether this was an accident or a cover up to a dastardly deed. Were there any marks on the body to indicate anything more than a horrible accident? What findings indicated foul play? Oh, and was blood tested for foreign substances that could have had some influence-someone falling into such a mat who was under the influence of some hypnotic or sedative might have been so obtunded as to not even cry out. Hopefully this one gets solved quickly. I think national attention needs to be focused on many other problems facing us all.

A second autopsy ordered by the family (competency?) found ambiguous evidence of some sort of "blow" to the neck. In my lay mind, I wonder if such a blow (if it exists) could not have come from the dying struggles of a young man trying to extricate himself from that mat.

I am absolutely shocked that you would suggest NBC would do anything unethical in presenting "news" of a case with potential racial dimensions. The editing they did to the George Zimmerman tape (which made it appear he was obsessed by TM's race, rather than merely responding to a question posed by the 911 operator) shouldn't be held against them. And we should all just move along, because there's nothing to see, that once again the MSM are straining to create a "racial" incident where none may exist. Trayvon Martin, Jena, La., Duke, Church burnings, etc etc etc

ETA: Several people shot including a TSA employee. Suspect in custody.

I think E-Bay is getting a bad rap for selling Holocaust related items. Why should these items be singled out (not just on EBay) for an embargo when other items, equally repellant, have been collected?* It's not like E Bay is approving of or denying the Holocaust by permitting these items to be auctioned.

Holocaust items? Try searching for actions figures of the German High Command-companies that manufacture action figres (like 3R, DID, Dragon, etc) have made these for years and some are highly prized as collectibles. But you cannot list them on eBay unless they are done with a sort of hidden innuendo listing-no Hitler/Himmler/Goring/Goebbels in the title or description-they are usually listed(if at all) as German WWII figure-or German Soldier. Why must the past be denied? it exited, we have books and film to document it-but we cannot use the names? Confusing for me.
